Intern in Event Management (M/F/D)

With the OMR Festival, we organize one of the world's largest in-person events for the digital industry, attracting around 67,000 visitors most recently in 2026. Watch the recap of our last OMR Festival now!

The Crew Resource Management Team specializes in the successful execution of the OMR Festival and ensures a smooth process through high expertise in scheduling, workspace planning, and personnel coordination. By developing and implementing innovative concepts, the Crew Resource Management Team bridges the gap between the Festival Crew and the OMR Festival & Events Team.

For the upcoming festivals, we want to be even better positioned and are looking for support starting in early January or February 2027 until approximately the end of June.

• You will take responsibility for one or more work areas of the OMR Crew
• You will be jointly responsible for the scheduling of the Festival Crew
• You will conceptualize and write briefings and web texts
• You will support the daily planning of Crew Management, as well as the planning and execution of staff training
• You will independently manage employees during the event
• You will help recruit the crew for the OMR Festival 2027

• You are available for an internship of approximately 5-6 months
• You have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a quick grasp of things
• You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• You are flexible and eager to help shape the festival
• You enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis, and have a confident and convincing demeanor
