Position 1:

As an Intern for Social Media Marketing and Media Design, in close consultation with our founder, you will independently manage myBuddy Snacks' social media channels.

In this role, you will cover the entire marketing spectrum from strategic content development in line with the myBuddy brand, to creating static and dynamic content, and moderating the social media channels as well as interaction with the community.

It is of great advantage if you have practical experience or at least a strong affinity in one or more of the following areas: Web design, graphic design, product photography, performance marketing, email marketing, and related fields.

The role requires a high degree of initiative, creativity, and marketing acumen, as well as analytical thinking and teamwork.

Position 2:**

As an Intern for E-Commerce and Performance Marketing, in close consultation with our founder, you will independently manage the Shopify shop and associated sales campaigns of myBuddy Snacks.

In this role, you will control and optimize myBuddy's online shop sales – from planning sales campaigns in line with quarterly goals, to setting up and optimizing email marketing, paid ads (e.g., Meta, Google), to analyzing and further developing the digital conversion funnel in the myBuddy online shop. You will also be responsible for the ongoing optimization of listings, landing pages, and customer journeys, and will support performance evaluation and reporting.

It is of great advantage if you have practical experience or at least a strong affinity in one or more of the following areas: E-commerce management (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop), performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), conversion rate optimization (CRO), web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, tracking), feed management, email and CRM marketing, as well as related areas.
The role requires a high degree of initiative, affinity for numbers, and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as creativity, brand understanding, and teamwork.

• Typically, you are currently studying/training with a business administration focus
• Ideally, you have 6 months of time for a full-time (mandatory) internship
• You have already gained initial work experience in project settings during your studies/training
• Work experience in startups or management consultancies is an advantage
• Further engagement in a leadership role for, e.g., student associations and non-university clubs and organizations is an advantage
• Cultural knowledge and work experience in international or intercultural contexts are an advantage
• Professional language skills in at least German and English; further language skills are an advantage
