Your Mission: You are a central point of contact for our catering partners and actively support the growth of reCIRCLE. You will look after existing partners, win new businesses, accompany the introduction of our reusable system, and ensure a positive customer experience. At the same time, you will support our communication with content for social media and the website.

Your Responsibilities

• Support and consultation for our catering and corporate partners

• Processing of inquiries, offers, orders & assignments (email & phone, German/French/English)

• Organization & execution of promotions with our partners

• Acquisition of new catering businesses

• Support in sales activities and market development

• Creation of content for social media, website, and newsletters

• Design of simple graphics and preparation of images and text

• Your own interests? Contribute them and shape your internship!

What you bring

• Strong communication skills & organizational talent

• Enjoy direct interaction with people

• Talent for languages: German and French, English is also welcome

• Hands-on mentality & initiative

• Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar tools

• Previous professional experience (internships, student jobs)

• Enthusiasm for sustainability, motivation for reusables & desire to make a difference
