The Heimplanet Development GmbH from Hamburg is an innovative company specializing in the development of high-quality outdoor products. The small team of outdoor and design enthusiasts is particularly known for its unique inflatable tents that are used worldwide in extreme conditions. As a member of 1% for the Planet, HEIMPLANET places great value on resource conservation and works continuously to improve materials and production processes.

The classic trade is changing: Many former retailers like Zalando, Breuninger or Intersport now operate as marketplace platforms. For brands like HEIMPLANET, this means new opportunities for gaining new customers, but also challenges in managing product range, presentation and availability.

We are looking for support through a(n) Praktikant*in in the area of Business Developement & E-Commerce.

Aufgaben

MARKTPLÄTZE

• Support in the bureaucracy of existing trade partners and marketplace platforms
• Participation in the care and updating of product data (texts, images, specifications, EANs, prices, availability)
• Support in the management of product ranges and listings on marketplaces (similar to Amazon model)
• Analysis of sales data and return numbers per seller/platform
• Support in the communication with retail partners (product information, updates, news)
• Participation in the optimization of product presentations (PDPs) and brand presence on marketplaces
• Support in new connections and tests of platforms

SALES & B2B-PARTNERSCHAFTEN

• Research and identification of new retail and B2B partners (online & offline, national and international)
• Structured outreach to potential trade partners (e.g. via email, LinkedIn or phone) in close coordination
• Support in the qualification of leads and preparation of first meetings
• Support in the preparation of presentations / line sheets / offer packages for new partners

Qualifikation

• You are studying or have a comparable education in the field of BWL, Handel, E-Commerce, Marketing, Retail Management or similar
• Interest in trade, marketplaces, platform economy and consumer goods industry
• A basic understanding of retail structures, online marketplaces and sales models is advantageous
• Analytical thinking and a good sense for numbers, relationships and trends
• Structured, reliable and self-reliant work style
• Readiness to understand the area Wholesale & Marketplaces as your own project and actively contribute to it
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Bonus: First experiences with JTL-Wawi, Shopify, Tradebyte, Mirakl, Shopify
