Stahel Personal AG is an established and successful personnel services company based in the beautiful Ballypark in Schönenwerd. We support our clients with temporary and permanent placements in both commercial and technical fields.

We are a growing company and are looking for support in the administrative area.

Your Profile

You are a young, motivated, and communicative personality who wants to complete a vocational internship or has already completed a training program and is looking to enter the exciting world of personnel consulting. Additionally, you bring the following qualities and qualifications:

• The position is ideally suited as an internship within the scope of commercial basic education or as an internship year after business school with the goal of gaining valuable practical experience in human resources.
• Native speaker Swiss German
• Any other language is an advantage (French, Spanish, Italian)
• Strong sales flair and enjoyment of working with people
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and a high service orientation
• Independent, reliable, and self-responsible way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
• Driving license category B
