Intern (m/f/d) HR Digitalization & Personio

What awaits you?

• You will independently build new processes in Personio with us – from conception to practical implementation
• You will develop new workflows in areas such as recruiting, personnel administration, and onboarding and map them in Personio
• You will support the structured maintenance and preparation of our employee data
• You will question existing processes and develop new solutions together with us
• You will support us in the use of AI and new tools in everyday HR
• And because HR with us is more than Personio, you will also gain insights into topics such as employer branding and internal communication

What should you bring?

• You are ideally already in a Master's program, are about to graduate, or want to gain practical experience after your studies
• You are IT and AI-savvy and quickly learn new tools and systems
• First experience with Personio or other HR software is a plus – but not a must
• You enjoy processes, structures, and digital solutions
• You work carefully, independently, and reliably
• You question existing procedures and like to contribute your own ideas
• And very importantly: a good dose of humor
