Intern / Working Student (m/f/d) Project Management

In the Real Estate Management division, we manage construction projects in all service phases. Our innovative projects cover the diversity from daycare centers to complex industrial facilities. We advise our public and private sector clients on all relevant construction topics.

• You will support our team in managing exciting construction projects for public and private clients, as well as in consulting services such as feasibility studies, due diligence, and sustainability consulting.
• You will actively work in project teams and gain insights into schedule and cost management, quality management, and the organization of complex construction projects.
• After an onboarding period, you will take over acquisition activities for new and returning clients.
• You will participate in the execution of architectural competitions and procurement procedures.
• You will assist in the creation of presentations, analyses, and reports, learning how professional project management works.
• You will incorporate your technical knowledge from your studies into construction and planning.

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the fields of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate Technology and Management, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Construction, or similar.
• Initial experience through internships or working student positions in project management, construction supervision, or planning is an advantage for you.
• Your interest in complex construction projects is complemented by a reliable, independent, and structured way of working.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and want to not only work but also think and shape.
• You are very proficient and experienced with the MS Office suite.
• Fluent German language skills (C1 level) and very good English language skills round off your profile.
