Intern / Working Student (m/f/d) in the M&A Investment Team

• Acquisition targets: Identification and analysis of potential acquisition targets, including market, competitor, and benchmark analyses, as a basis for management and investor decisions.
• Due Diligence: Preparation and support of due diligence processes.
• Decision proposals: Creation of analyses, IC presentations, and decision proposals for management and investors.
• Stakeholder coordination: Coordination of internal and external stakeholders in the transaction process and direct cooperation with our management on strategic issues.

• Studies: Completed or ongoing Master's degree with an economic, technical, or comparable focus, or you are close to completing your Bachelor's degree with very good grades.
• Practical experience: Initial practical experience in M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or comparable areas.
• Work style: Independent, structured way of working, enjoyment of Excel and PowerPoint, as well as the willingness to continuously develop yourself.
• Languages: Very good German and English skills.

• Deal flow instead of waiting time: You will work on multiple transactions in parallel – in daily cooperation with our management team and Head of M&A.
• Direct line to our Private Equity Investor: You will be at the table, not three levels below. You will be present in IC meetings and represent your analyses.
• Own projects instead of just support: You will be responsible for your own topics, be the point of contact externally, and make a visible contribution.
• Perspective: The prospect of continuing with us in permanent employment afterward.
