Intern / Working Student (m/f/d) in the Group Transformation Team

• Post-Merger Integration: Support in the post-merger integration of tax consulting firms, to turn individual practices into a functioning group and ensure your results are immediately incorporated into the implementation.
• Portfolio Management: Management and further development of our portfolio companies, from identifying value enhancement levers to tracking their implementation.
• AI and Technology: Development and implementation of AI and technology strategies as well as practical tools at the portfolio and holding company level.
• Collaboration with Management: Direct collaboration with the management teams of the firms and our holding company on strategic and operational issues.

• Studies: Completed or ongoing Master's degree with an economic, technical, or comparable focus, or you are close to completing your Bachelor's degree with very good grades.
• Practical Experience: Initial practical experience from management consulting, business transformation, technology (ideally with an AI focus), the start-up environment, or comparable areas.
• Work Style: Independent, structured way of working and the willingness to continuously develop yourself; enthusiasm for and experience with AI are expressly welcome.
• Languages: Very good German and English skills.

• Buy and Build in Real Time: You will experience the building of a group from the inside – in daily collaboration with our management team
• Direct Line to our Private Equity Investor: You sit at the table, not three levels below. You will be present in workshops and represent your work
• Own Projects Instead of Support Work: You will be responsible for your own topics, act as a point of contact externally, and make a visible contribution
• Perspective: The prospect of continuing with us in permanent employment afterwards
