Your Tasks

In this role, you support our IT team operationally and help us to lift our internal processes to the next level:

• Operative Support of the IT Team as well as continuous development and optimization of internal processes

• Hardware Lifecycle Management: Preparation of hardware for students and employees (installation, testing) including professional packaging and dispatch processing

• 1st Level Support: First-Line-Support for technical questions and solution-oriented user support via Jira-Ticket system

• Innovation & Automation: Analysis of existing processes regarding automation potential as well as conception and implementation of own efficiency solutions

Your Skills

• Ongoing study in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Fundamental knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Structured and reliable working style as well as joy in directly solving technical problem-solving tasks
• Ideal candidate with first experience with Jira and willingness to quickly get familiar with new tools
• Communication security in German and English
