As an intern or working student (m/f/d) in Salesforce, you will support us in efficiently building and continuously developing both our customers' processes and our internal sales and CRM activities based on Salesforce.

Your Tasks:
- You will support the analysis and optimization of CRM and sales processes in Salesforce
- You will create reports, dashboards, and analyses to support data-based decisions
- You will help to keep data structures clean and continuously improve the quality of our CRM data
- You will process business requirements from sales and translate them into technical or procedural improvements
- You will help to continuously develop the system landscape and processes
What you bring with you:
- You are studying Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable degree program
- You are interested in CRM systems, business operations, and data-driven work
- Initial practical experience with Salesforce, CRM tools, or comparable platforms is a plus, but not a must
- You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- You are hands-on, learn quickly, and enjoy pragmatically solving problems
- You communicate clearly, are strong analytically, and enjoy working with different teams
- You have very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing
