Intern - Strategy & Operations (m/f/d)

Most internships give you tasks. This one gives you responsibility. As an intern in logistics at CarOnSale, you will take on real end-to-end projects with measurable OKRs — and work on the logistics strategy of a platform that moves over 130,000 vehicles across Europe annually. If you want to understand how supply chain strategy works at real scale — and actively help shape it — then you start here.
Location: Berlin Schöneberg – You will work on-site in our office, hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days of home office.
Duration: 5–6 months (Ideally) · Start: by arrangement

Your Tasks
- You will further develop our logistics strategy and ensure that it contributes to the company's goals.
- You will create management presentations on logistics performance and strategic initiatives.
- You will optimize internal logistics processes based on data analysis and derive concrete improvement measures.
- You will develop tools and dashboards for operational management and for the selection of efficient warehouse and transport options.
- You will work closely with adjacent teams, take on documentation and reporting, and support the onboarding of new transport companies.
What You Bring
- Enrolled student in business, engineering, or natural sciences — with a focus on logistics, supply chain, or comparable
- Very good German and English skills (min. C1, written and spoken)
- AI-savvy working method — you actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor in your daily work
- Structured, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
- Confident handling of data and dashboards
- Proactive self-responsibility — you independently take projects from idea to implementation
