We're looking for someone who comes on the water, produces content, builds ads, tests AI tools, and understands growth.

Aufgaben

You'll get no theoretical insight here – you're right in the middle.

Content & Social Media

• Planning and implementation of our content days (boats, jet skis, Rhine, events)
• Shooting Reels & TikToks with Julian (Founder) directly on location
• Behind-the-scenes content & storytelling
• Cutting, hooks, performance optimization
• Analysis: what works, what doesn't – and why?

Performance Marketing

• Collaboration on Meta-, TikTok-, and Google-campaigns
• Funnel understanding & conversion optimization
• Tracking setups (Pixel, events, GA4)
• Creative testing & performance evaluation

Growth & AI

• Use of modern AI tools (LLMs, creative-AI, automation)
• Insights into our app and software development
• Process optimization & automation ideas
• Development of own mini-projects in marketing

Startup Reality

• Tight collaboration with the founder
• Thinking ahead, taking responsibility, and implementing things
• Learning how real scaling works

Qualifikation

We're not looking for a perfect resume.

We're looking for Drive.

What's important:

• You have the drive to get things done
• Social media & performance marketing interest you really
• You think entrepreneurially and don't wait for instructions
• You're hands-on and roll up your sleeves
• You can work independently
• You're open to feedback
• Basic understanding of TikTok/Instagram/Ads is a plus
• Interest in AI & tech is a big plus
• You're available on-site in Düsseldorf

Bonus:

• First experiences with Meta Ads / Google Ads
• Cutting experience (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• You've already started your own projects
