Aufgaben

We work remotely, flexibly and with a lot of team spirit.

🔍 Your tasks

• Active Sourcing on various platforms 🔎
• Applicants actively approach and conduct initial conversations 💬
• Preliminary interviews prepare and conduct 🎧
• Maintain candidate data in the CRM 📊
• Post job ads and optimize 📝
• Support throughout the entire recruitment process

Qualifikation

💡 What you bring with you

• Pflichtpraktikum as part of your studies (Proof required) 🎓
• Time for 3–6 months
• Very good English skills (at least C1)
• Pleasure in Recruiting, HR & Talent Acquisition
• Enjoyment of working with people 🧡
• Reliability
