The Scharfstein Group is a family-owned real estate investment platform with a focus on Value-Add and development properties. For our office in Berlin, we are looking for a motivated intern (m/w/d) who wants to get to know the entire investment process up close.

During your internship, you will work closely with experienced investment experts, take over responsibility from day one, and receive valuable insights into acquisitions, investment analyses, and strategic projects.

Tasks

Support in acquiring real estate, analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities, creating financial models, and market and competition analyses. Participation in investment memorandums and due diligence processes. Support in the technical and legal review of real estate. Contribution to strategic growth projects. Attendance at meetings with investors, brokers, and joint venture partners.

Qualification

Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field. Enthusiasm for real estate investments and capital markets. Analytical thinking and secure handling of numbers. Structured, independent, and reliable work style. Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking. First practical experiences in the real estate sector are an advantage but not a requirement.
