Intern People & Culture / HR (m/f/d) – Hamburg

Do you want to do an internship in HR in Hamburg and not just sort files, but really work with us? As an Intern People & Culture / HR (m/f/d), you will be in the middle of it for six months: you will learn from experienced HR Business Partners, gain insight into recruiting, applicant management, and HR projects, and gather valuable practical experience. It doesn't matter to us where you are in your studies: in the middle, nearing completion, or already finished.

This awaits you with us:

• You will gain insights into the entire recruiting process
• You will assist in creating and maintaining job advertisements
• You will review applications and take over communication with our applicants
• You will support the organization and coordination of interviews
• You will assist in administrative HR day-to-day business and maintain personnel and applicant data
• You will prepare documents and analyses
• You will participate in projects on personnel development and employer branding and contribute your own ideas, e.g., for the Onboarding Week

• You are studying business administration, psychology, or a comparable field of study
• You enjoy working with people and have good German and English language skills
• You work in a structured manner and like varied tasks
• You are a team player and feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment
• You are motivated and want to gain your first real practical experience in human resources
• You are nearing the end of your studies or have already completed them and want to enter the profession through an internship
