Intern People & Culture / HR (m/f/d) – Hamburg

About the position
Do you want to do an internship in the HR field in Hamburg and not just sort files, but really get involved? As an Intern People & Culture / HR (m/f/d), you will be in the thick of it for six months: you will learn from experienced HR Business Partners, gain insight into recruiting, applicant management, and HR projects, and gather valuable practical experience. It doesn't matter to us where you are in your studies: in the middle, nearing completion, or already finished.
Your tasks
What awaits you with us:
- You will gain insights into the entire recruiting process
- You will help create and maintain job advertisements
- You will review applications and handle communication with our applicants
- You will support the organization and coordination of interviews
- You will assist in administrative HR day-to-day business and maintain personnel and applicant data
- You will prepare documents and evaluations
- You will contribute to projects on personnel development and employer branding and bring in your own ideas, e.g., for the Onboarding Week
Your profile
What you bring with you:
- You are studying business administration, psychology, or a comparable degree program
- You enjoy working with people and have good German and English skills
- You work in a structured way and like varied tasks
- You are a team player and feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment
- You are motivated and want to gain your first real practical experience in human resources
- You are nearing the end of your studies or have already completed them and want to start your career through an internship
