Praktikant or Umschüler as Project Manager:in Social Media, Communication and Research

KeyOne is a software company from Bad Homburg and develops digital solutions that optimize the shopping experience for end consumers in the online sector. As part of these solutions, we regularly set up influencer campaigns on social media – with the goal of building reach, trust, and new customers. For this purpose, we are looking for an engaged person as part of a compulsory internship or retraining measure who will plan, coordinate, and reliably implement these projects – especially the collaboration with influencers.

Tasks

• You steer and supervise social media projects from start to finish: briefing, planning, implementation, reporting.
• You are the main point of contact for customers – friendly, clear, and reliable.
• You ensure that timings are met, coordination runs smoothly, and nothing falls through the cracks.
• You think with, ask the right questions, and have the communication goals of cooperation partners in mind.
• You develop and monitor content strategies and campaign ideas together with the team.

Qualification

• A very good feeling for language and expression on German – written and spoken.
• A structured, self-organized working style with high quality standards.
• A keen sense of communication, content, and target groups.
• Experience in dealing with customers (ideally in an agency or communications environment).
• You stay calm when things get unclear, and keep the overview.
• You are open, communicative, reliable – and bring things to a point.
