We scale up brands on Amazon. That means: Many data, many reports, many processes. We don't want to work 'harder', but smarter. Therefore, we are looking for you: A head who enjoys illuminating internal workflows, integrating KI tools meaningfully, and automating data streams (e.g., between interfaces).

Tasks

Process Check: You take a look at our current work processes in the agency's daily routine and identify 'time-eaters' that scream for automation.

Smart Reporting: You build automated data transfers for our customer reports – away from copy-paste in Google Sheets, towards intelligent linking.

KI Integration: You test and implement KI applications that support us in our daily business (e.g., automated data analysis or KI-based text creation).

Workflow Building: You connect various tools via interfaces (APIs) to create smooth workflows, so the data ends up where it's needed.

Testing & Documentation: You ensure that the new solutions run stably and explain to the team how they work.

Qualification

Studies: You study Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with IT focus, Data Science or something similar.

KI & Automation Mindset: You use KI tools privately or in your studies (ChatGPT, Custom GPTs etc.) and have a logical thinking approach for automations.

Tool Affinity: You love Google Sheets, Excel & co. and are not afraid of formulas or the idea of linking tools together.

Solution Orientation: You think in workflows, not problems. If a process bothers you, you want to solve it technically.

Languages: German and good English.
