Praktikanten (m/w/d) Mergers & Acquisitions for our locations in Düsseldorf and Hamburg:

Your Tasks:

• Support in preparing and conducting M&A and corporate finance projects
• Participation in industry and company analyses as well as project-related evaluation of market information
• Contribution to the creation of company valuations and analyses
• Support in creating transaction documents, such as pitch and management presentations, information memoranda, etc.

Your Profile:

• Outstanding academic achievements in a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an economic or comparable orientation
• Ideal first-hand experience in corporate finance/M&A or related corporate finance areas (including transaction services)
• Fundamental theoretical knowledge in the fields of accounting and company valuation (Multiples, DCF, and LBO)
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style in a fast-paced environment
• High motivation paired with excellent team orientation and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel and PowerPoint)
• Near-native English language skills
