• Telephone consultation and care
• Recording and entering orders
• Offer preparation and order processing as needed in coordination with the sales team
• Leadership responsibility for your team
• Maintaining quality and performance targets

Qualification

• Customer- and service-oriented
• Flexibility in task execution
• Lisening, problem-solving oriented
• User experience with MS-Office
• German language skills in writing and speaking
• Communicative skills
• First experiences in the call center area
