Job description

About us

feld.energy is more than just a company – we are a movement! With our innovative Agri-PV solutions, we bring together agriculture and energy generation. Our goal: to double the use of land, open up new perspectives for farmers, and actively contribute to the energy transition.

Your Mission

As an HR / Personal & Recruiting Intern (m/w/d), you will gain in-depth insights into modern recruiting, operational personnel work, and ongoing HR projects – with a high level of autonomy, steep learning curve, and professional guidance from experienced HR colleagues.

Your Tasks

  • You will review incoming applications, conduct initial screenings, and actively support the recruitment process as an intern (m/w/d).
  • The coordination of interview appointments with candidates and departments is your responsibility.
  • In candidate communication, you will handle invitations, rejections, and follow-ups, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • You will assist in onboarding by sending welcome emails, organizing start dates, and welcoming new employees at the location.
  • You will help with offboarding processes, for example, by maintaining checklists and administrative preparation.
  • You will keep employee data up to date in our HR software and support internal surveys and people-related topics.
  • In addition, you will work on HR projects (e.g., new processes, templates, or active sourcing) – depending on the need, project phase, and your personal interests.

Your Profile

  • Ongoing or completed studies in the field of economics, psychology, social sciences, HR, or comparable.
  • Interest in recruiting, HR processes, and modern personnel work, ideally with initial professional experience.
  • Structured, reliable working style and good organizational talent.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Safe handling of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Very good German language skills, good English language skills are an advantage.
  • A willingness to take responsibility and really think about it.

Why us?

  • Flexible working hours and (partially) remote possibility.
  • In-depth insights into recruiting and HR of a growing and modern company.
  • Tight collaboration and professional guidance from experienced HR colleagues.
  • Newest technical equipment and innovative software that simplifies your working day.
  • A corporate culture that sets sustainability, innovation, and cooperation as its core values.
  • Ideal preparation for a future work student or permanent employment.

This position is to be filled on a full-time basis and offers a flexible __Ar__beitsform – ideally you live in Munich, but 100% Homeoffice is also possible. The start date is expected to be early March or April, with some flexibility.

Are you ready to shape the energy transition in agriculture?

Then we look forward to your application!
