Intern (m/f/d) Commercial Excellence - Retail

Actively drive Juit's expansion in the food retail sector (LEH): Take full responsibility for the entire acquisition process – from precise target group analysis and market positioning to comprehensive rollout.

• End-to-End Retail Acquisition & Support: You will accompany and manage the entire acquisition process in the food retail sector – from identifying promising key accounts and negotiations to a successful launch at the POS.

• Strong Partnerships & Negotiations: You will build sustainable relationships with store managers and support management in strategic meetings regarding assortment, prices, and promotions.

• POS Experience & Activation: On-site, you will ensure the perfect brand presence and bring our products to life through tastings and events.

• Data-Driven Pipeline Management: You will keep our CRM up-to-date, consistently follow up on sales opportunities, and ensure full transparency regarding performance and initial sales.

• Innovative AI Usage & Rollout: You will strategically use modern AI tools for research and analysis and help translate successes into a scalable retail rollout playbook.

• Commercial Mindset: You think entrepreneurially, have margins and volumes under control, and are passionate about the dynamics in FMCG & Retail.

• Negotiation Skills: You present yourself confidently, negotiate at eye level, and win over buyers with strong arguments and authentic demeanor.

• Structure & Ownership: You drive parallel projects independently, maintain an overview at all times, and deliver reliably.

• Hands-on & Execution: Strategy meets practice – you get involved on-site in the store and translate your observations directly into measurable impact.

• Tech- & AI-Savvy: Modern tools like Claude are not a hype for you, but your daily lever for more efficiency.

• Your Foundation: Advanced studies (e.g., Business Administration, Management), fluent German, and fluent English.
