Do you want to actively shape the future of JUIT in the fitness sector? As an Intern (m/f/d) GTM & Commercial Excellence, you will be responsible for our entire gym acquisition funnel – from initial contact to successful launch in new locations. You will work closely with our CCO and utilize state-of-the-art AI tools like Claude to scale our growth in the B2B fitness sector.

• End-to-End Acquisition: You will enthusiastically guide fitness studios & sports groups from the first hello, through onboarding, to live tracking.

• Outbound & Pipeline: You will win new partners via email, LinkedIn, and phone.

• CCO Sparring & Appointments: You will sit directly next to our CCO in key account meetings and close deals together.

• Smart Work with AI: You will use Claude & Co. like a pro for smart outreach and concise analyses.

• POS & Event Power: You will bring Juit to life in the gyms – from the initial stocking to cool sampling events.

• Playbook & Scaling: You will document recipes for success and help make our B2B fitness business a success.

• Sales Drive & Execution: You have a real hunger for growth, proactively pick up the phone, and pitch our product with absolute conviction.

• Strong Communication: You act empathetically, at eye level, and build genuine trust with studio operators from the first contact.

• Proactive Doer Mentality: Whether in the (home) office or directly on-site at the gym – you don't wait, you just get started with motivation.

• Curiosity for Smart Work & AI: You use tools like Claude as a matter of course to make your day even more efficient.

• Data-driven & Iterative: You think in KPIs, use direct feedback as a growth lever, and iterate for maximum impact.

• Advanced Studies: You are in the middle of your studies (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Sports Management) or have just finished and can bring fresh theory directly into practice.

• Language Talent: You communicate in German at native speaker level and write and speak fluent English.
