Responsibilities

• Study program Marketing/Event Management
• Support in the conception, implementation, and coordination of all advertising measures, campaigns & promotions, as well as events
• Support for our CRM, including development of new CRM-based loyalty customer services and idea generation for new customer acquisition
• Management of our social media presence
• Ensuring a consistent marketing presence across various marketing channels and target group segments
• Creation of creative and target-group-oriented marketing texts as well as editorial contributions for our analog and digital communication channels
• Management and control of external service providers
