As an Intern Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will work at the interface of content, positioning, data analysis, and B2B communication. You will support the founders in establishing our brand and that of our clients in the energy transition market and in building scalable marketing engines.

Responsibilities

• Creation and distribution of target group-specific content for LinkedIn and other B2B channels
• Use and optimization of AI tools for content creation, data analysis, and process automation
• Engagement with technological developments in our focus industry, identification of relevant trends, and development of suitable content formats
• Support in sharpening the market positioning of energized& as well as our clients
• Monitoring of key marketing KPIs and derivation of optimization suggestions
• Communication of complex solutions through clear messages, strong formats, and cross-channel concepts

Qualifications

• You are studying Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Studies, or a comparable degree program
• You have initial experience in B2B marketing or content creation – ideally with a focus on Tech, SaaS, Startup, or Industry
• You have a strong interest in AI and its application in everyday marketing
• You write captivating texts and can distill complex topics into understandable key points
• You are independent, creative, structured, and eager to contribute actively
• You communicate fluently in German, both written and spoken (at least C1)
