Praktikant Marketing Automation und KI (m/w/d) sought

Our mission is to help people stop negative habits and replace them with positive new ones. Innovative and newly developed methods from psychology are used, which have been researched in initial studies.

A digital coaching tool or learning platform for changing negative habits will be built and established (B2C), this is in preparation. Our main focus currently is the B2B area: we build competencies for employees of organizations, i.e., personnel development measures and training. These include mental coaching methods, as well as individual learning paths using KI-trainers and scientifically founded exercises.

Employment fields (professionally, privately) are e.g.: conflict and relationship management (e.g., no longer being annoyed by colleagues), stress management (e.g., reducing feelings of overwhelm, tackling procrastination), improving communication skills or eliminating presentation anxiety, health behavior (e.g., eating less fast food) etc.

Aufgaben

You have a desire for the following focal points (everything after prior familiarization):

• Planning, steering, and optimizing automation processes in marketing, e.g. email marketing, social media content production and distribution, etc.
• Automating text creation using KI
• Creating short video productions / Reels using KI tools
• Creating automated webinars
• Setting up media monitoring using a KI agent
• etc.

Qualifikation

You bring with you:

• Education or current studies in one of the following fields: marketing, market research, economics, psychology, health education, digital health, communication sciences, communication design, media science, business psychology, adult education, or another psychological, pedagogical, or commercial background
• The willingness to learn a lot and take on varied tasks in the team
• A desire to participate in building a company
• Initial work experience generally
• Values that fit the team, i.e. openness, tolerance, reliability, performance will, loyalty, sense of responsibility
• Residence in Germany, as personal meetings will take place in Cologne from time to time (but only rarely)
• A availability of 3-6 months (preferably also part-time)
