What you will achieve

• You will be part of the scaleon team on our strategy projects and work in direct contact with the top management of our clients.

• You will develop business cases, create implementation-oriented solutions, and communicate using conceptually precise frameworks.

• You will conduct analyses and interviews, process data, and consolidate your findings into meaningful presentations for our clients.

• You will prepare proposals for new clients and pitch presentations to our clients.

• You will support us in various company-building activities of scaleon.

What you bring

• You have at least three months of time to be able to optimally integrate into the projects.

• You are enthusiastic about strategy development, digital business models, various industries, new technologies and innovations, as well as agile management methods.

• You have a strong learning mindset, enjoy delving into new topics, trends, and industries, and enjoy sharing your new knowledge with your colleagues and our clients.

• You are conceptually and analytically competent, you trust numbers when evaluating issues, and you value precise communication.

• You are a team player, you have proven your endurance – and you are broadly interested.

• You have a business, science, or engineering bachelor's degree from a university of high academic excellence with very good grades.

• You master German at C2 level and English at a minimum of C1 level. Another foreign language is a plus. You communicate openly, confidently, reliably, and humorously in all languages.
