Intern M&A (m/f/d)

COLIFT is a Hamburg-based start-up that brings together leading management consultants and financial investors with industry experts from all over the world.

We support our clients' decision-making in strategic issues such as M&A transactions (company acquisitions) and the development of new business areas.

The internship can start at any time, even in the following year.

Responsibilities

• As an intern at COLIFT, you will identify and contact the right experts for the respective issues, thus gaining daily insights into various markets and industries.
• You can take responsibility for your own projects and gain experience with clients from the Private Equity, Management Consulting, and M&A Advisory sectors.
• You will learn how to skillfully interact with executives and professionals worldwide and can quickly expand your project management skills.
• As a start-up, we look forward to your support in business development, further development of our processes, and our strategy.

Qualifications

• You are a (prospective) graduate in economics, humanities, social sciences, psychology, or a comparable field of study.
• You have good German and English skills.
• You have between 3-6 months of time.
