Your Mission

As an Intern (m/w/d) for KI & Automation, you will work closely with our Responsible Person for our Tool- and System Landscape together and support teams in solving operational challenges using KI, automation, and software.
You don't just build concepts – you implement them. Quickly, pragmatically, and with real impact.

Your Tasks

• You will identify processes that can be significantly optimized using KI and automation, working closely with our teams.
• You will develop prototypes, automations, and KI-based workflows and bring them quickly into a usable form.
• You will actively support the implementation of KI solutions in areas such as Operations, Sales, Project Development, Engineering, Finance, and HR.
• You will set up concrete solutions using tools like ChatGPT, Claude (Code), Lovable, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, n8n or APIs.
• You will structure requirements from the departments and translate them into technical solution approaches.
• You will conceptualize and implement AI Agents and automations (e.g., for research, data extraction, CRM, or reporting).
• You will test new KI tools independently, evaluate their usefulness, and bring valuable solutions quickly into practice.

Your Profile

• Studies in the field of Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Business Informatics or comparable – alternatively, demonstrated practical experience in the KI environment.
• Familiarity with modern KI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• The ability to develop solutions such as scripts, automations, or small tools independently using KI.
• Demonstrated practical experience with KI applications, e.g., AI Agents, automations, or own projects (e.g., internal tools, data solutions).
• A quick understanding, hands-on mentality, and the ability to efficiently penetrate complex issues.
• Structured thinking, pragmatism, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear solution approaches.
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
