YOUR TASKS

• Applicant Management: You will support our People & Culture team in all recruiting activities – from the requirements profile to accompanying job interviews.
• Talent Search: You will identify and attract new talents for our team through various platforms.
• Applicant Experience: You will ensure that applicants have a professional and appreciative experience throughout the entire process.
• Communication: You will create job advertisements, coordinate with specialist departments, and maintain contact with external service providers.
• Employee Experience: You will support a wide range of topics related to our employees – from onboarding and internal events to exciting personnel initiatives.
• Project Work: You will manage smaller sub-projects independently and actively contribute your ideas.

YOU OFFER

• Education: You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or possess a comparable qualification.
• Practical Experience: Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in a professional environment (e.g., through internships or part-time jobs).
