Retail HR Administrator Intern (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You review incoming application documents.
• You are responsible for the administrative implementation of our entry and exit process.
• You take over comprehensive contract management, including the creation of employment contracts, contract changes, and certificates of employment.
• You maintain employee data in our personnel management system (Personio) and prepare salary calculations.
• You work closely with department heads on personnel matters and supports the practical implementation of personnel decisions.
• You contribute to the continuous development and maintenance of our internal HR processes and HR projects.

Qualification

• You are studying in the field of HR, economics, psychology or a comparable degree program.
• First practical experiences in personnel or administrative/financial activities are advantageous.
• Ideal candidates have already worked with Personio or a similar HR system.
• You work independently, engaged and bring a high willingness to learn.
• You assume very good German language skills, English language skills are a plus.
