Your Tasks

• Research & Analyses: You conduct independent research on relevant business topics, prepare structured information, and create analyses as a decision-making basis for the leadership team.
• Projects & Operational Implementation: You support strategic and operational projects, assist with planning and implementation, and ensure that topics are efficiently driven forward.
• AI & Automation: You identify opportunities to optimize processes through AI and automation, test tools, and develop simple workflows for optimizing internal workflows.
• Interface within the Team: You work closely with founders and various teams together, coordinate tasks, and ensure clear structure in ongoing initiatives.

Your Profile

• You have a desire to work in a dynamic startup environment close to the founders
• You are strong in structured thinking, research, and problem-solving
• You are interested in AI, automation, and efficient workflows
• You work very proactively, independently, and solution-oriented
• You communicate clearly and bring things to a point
• You have excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
• Your place of residence is in Berlin or the surrounding area
