Intern - Customer Operations & Process Optimization (f/m/x)

You want to understand how a B2B platform operates in reality – and make it better. As an intern in Customer Operations & Process Optimization, you will work on the processes that thousands of transactions at CarOnSale are built upon daily: payment processes, customer communication, complaints. You will analyze, automate, and improve – using AI tools as a tool, not a gimmick.

Location: Berlin Schöneberg – You will work on-site in our office, hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days of home office.

Your Tasks:

• You will conceptually drive the further development of our customer operations processes – from payment processing and document dispatch to complaint handling and customer support.
• You will redesign our Customer Care area: using AI tools and automation solutions, you will make processes more efficient, scalable, and customer-oriented.
• You will analyze existing workflows based on data, derive improvement measures, and develop tools for operational control.
• You will create presentations and reports for communicating performance metrics to management.
• You will work closely with adjacent departments and support process optimization projects.

What You Bring

• Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies, or a related field – or already completed
• First professional experience (including internships) in consulting, business development, VC, or investment banking is an advantage
• Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a practical approach
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; proactive, independent way of working
• Very good German and English language skills (min. C1)
