• Support in the creation of business plans, forecasts, and liquidity planning.
• Assistance in the preparation of regular reports and support in variance analysis.
• Support in the analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Participation in the preparation of ad-hoc analyses.
• Assistance in the further development and maintenance of controlling and reporting structures, as well as support in the use of existing tools.

• Current studies in business administration, economics, or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on finance, controlling, or real estate management.
• Structured, careful, and independent way of working.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially good Excel skills.
• Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers.

• Good communication skills in collaboration with other departments.
