Your Area of Responsibility

Team play at our clients' premises in challenging projects:

• Contribution to the creation of restructuring reports and business concepts.

• Support for our interdisciplinary experts in the development of comprehensive company analyses and plans.

• Participation in the identification and implementation of operational and financial measures (insolvency, restructuring, performance improvement).

• Conducting market and competitor analyses as well as benchmarking comparisons.

• Active participation in conceptual discussions.

Experience consulting "live" and benefit from coaching by experienced colleagues

• Excellent academic performance (business administration knowledge required).

• First relevant practical experience, e.g., in the form of internships in consulting, industry, or a bank.

• Sound (theoretical) knowledge in one of the following functional areas: Finance and Controlling, Operations, Sales & Marketing, or (Distressed) M&A.

• A pragmatic and consistently entrepreneurial personality.

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, preferably supplemented by further digital/tool competence in the respective specialist area.

• Confident demeanor and persuasiveness, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication skills.

• Fluent German and English skills, good knowledge of French is an advantage.
