Introduction
Data is the foundation for successful marketing and sales – and that's exactly where you come in.
At BONAGO, you will support us in expanding our sales activities in a data-driven manner and in targeted outreach to new contacts. You will gain exciting insights into modern topics such as social selling, lead generation, and data-based campaign management.
You will work closely with our marketing and sales team and quickly take responsibility for your own areas of responsibility.
Please note: We are currently filling this internship position from February 2027 – but we are happy to accept applications now!
Your Tasks
- In the area of social selling, you will take on the targeted outreach to potential contacts and work with defined lead quotas
- Maintaining, updating, and ensuring the quality of contact data in the CRM system is part of your daily tasks
- You will independently follow up on activities such as job changes or other touchpoints
- You will support our cold acquisition campaigns (e.g., in the public sector TVÖD) with researching and creating new companies and contacts
- You will create new leads ad hoc for various occasions and thus contribute to the quality of our marketing measures
- You will work with prioritized data lists (e.g., from datathons) and ensure their structured use
Your Profile
- You want to gain practical experience in marketing, sales, or data management
- A structured and careful way of working characterizes you, especially when dealing with data
- Initial experience with CRM systems or in data maintenance is an advantage, but not a requirement
- You are communicative and are not afraid to actively approach potential contacts
- You have very good German language skills, a quick grasp, and analytical thinking skills
- You possess initiative and reliability as a matter of course
- You have technical interest and affinity, and confident use of MS Office completes your profile
