Intern (all genders) 3-6 months in Consumer Promotions

You've read a lot about rewarding employees on the website? Then we'll surprise you now: Our department is all about rewarding classic end customers, which could also be you, for example. This means we work with well-known companies that want to motivate and reward their end customers, for example, for purchasing a specific product, reaching a shopping cart, or concluding a contract with a voucher. You've surely already seen our campaigns in retail or will be there yourself when the next big promotion starts and you can show friends and family live what you're working on.

Please note: We are currently filling this internship position starting from mid-January 2027 – but we are happy to accept applications now!

• From the very beginning, you will gain valuable marketing and industry know-how, receive your own projects, and thus be a fully-fledged team member from day one
• You will actively participate in exciting marketing concepts and campaigns for customers from various industries (e.g., consumer electronics, food, cosmetics) and contribute significantly to their success
• You will work on the further development of our products, as well as on the introduction of new products, thereby making your valuable contribution to the continuous improvement of our concepts
• In addition to campaign and product management, other exciting projects await you to take on. Independent work is a matter of course for us
• You will have the opportunity to participate in customer appointments with our sales team. This way, you will experience live how the concept you created generates enthusiasm with the customer
• A creative team awaits you, which not only enjoys working together but also likes to arrange to meet for a joint lunch beyond the daily to-dos. A good working atmosphere and fun at work are therefore definitely programmed!

• You are studying, for example, Business Administration, Marketing, Cultural or Communication Studies, Linguistics, or have already completed a degree in Graphic Design or have studied relevant subjects for at least 4 semesters in this area, or have comparable qualifications
• You are proficient in the common MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• You have a quick grasp of things and organizational talent
• You are creative, a team player, and work independently
• You can demonstrate very good German language skills
