Intern - After-Sales (f/m/x)

Job description

You don't want an internship where you build presentations for others. You want to actively shape After-Sales processes at one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B platforms – from payment processing to customer support, with AI tools as standard, not as an experiment. If you think strategically, work data-driven, and want real responsibility, this is your role.

 

Location: Berlin Schöneberg – You will work on-site in our office, hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will conceptually drive the further development of our After-Sales processes – from payment processing and document dispatch to claims handling and customer support.
  • You will redesign our Customer Care area: using AI tools and automation solutions, you will make processes more efficient, scalable, and customer-oriented.
  • You will analyze existing workflows data-driven, derive improvement measures, and develop tools for operational control.
  • You will create presentations and reports for communicating performance metrics to management.
  • You will work closely with adjacent departments and accompany projects for process optimization.

 

What you bring

  • Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Economic Sciences, or a related field – or already completed
  • Initial professional experience (including internships) in consulting, business development, VC, or investment banking is advantageous
  • Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a practical approach
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; proactive, independent working style
  • Very good German and English language skills (min. C1)
