Buena (backed by GV) makes everything around real estate as easy and transparent as buying an ETF. Whether searching, buying or financing a flat. We do that by taking over property management companies across Germany and transforming them into technology companies. In the past two years, we have grown from less than 25 full-time employees at HQ to become the third-largest property management company in Germany.

About the Role

We are looking for reinforcement in recruiting who will directly win talents for Buena with our team. Our Hires decide how quickly we grow — you sit right in this process. You will write job postings, contact candidates, conduct initial interviews and build channels that bring us the right people.

In your first weeks, you'll get to know the Buena recruiting from the inside out. After 60 days, you'll take over your own channels, roles, pipelines.

Tasks

Responsibilities

• You will take over recruiting channels. Social Media, job platforms, events, sourcing tools — you build them up and measure what really brings candidates.
• You will work on the actual pipeline. Sourcing, initial interviews, candidate management, communication with candidates. No mere support — you'll be responsible for roles with.
• You will write job postings that function. You design, test and iterate. What doesn't perform, we change it.
• You will bring in ideas on how we can improve. We don't have a finished playbook. If you have a better idea on how to reach talents, we'll implement it.

Qualification

You fit us if you

• Bring German (C2) and good English skills. We use both daily.
• Eagerly take responsibility. We give you context and trust, no micromanagement.
• Are structured and precise. In recruiting, everything breaks down if someone is sloppy — answers are delayed, candidates jump off, pipelines break.
• Are strong in communication. You will daily speak, write and phone with candidates.
• Have a desire for recruiting as an entry point and want to learn quickly. Prior experience is not necessary.
• Want to work from our office in Prenzlauer Berg. This is not a remote role.
