Practitioner of bonding

Alstom Czech Republic, a.s. is a member of the ALSTOM group, which employs more than 75,000 people worldwide. In the Czech Republic, we have a production plant in Česká Lípa with over a century-long tradition. We produce here welded components for trains, trams, and metro.

We are now looking for a colleague or colleague to join our team on the position:

Job tasks

• control of parameters and their conformity with preparation, loading, and subsequent processing of bonded parts
• preparation of adhesive, application, bonding, and curing of adhesive
• visual control of bonded joints
• performance or participation in destructive and non-destructive tests of bonded joints
• record-keeping of results into protocols – preparation of test protocols
• control of suitability and validity of adhesive qualification for bonding process
• control of environmental conditions during the bonding process, such as temperature, humidity, cleanliness
• verification of adherence to working procedures for preparatory adhesive
• control of harmony between environmental protection and work

We require

• Diploma with education preferably in the field
• Certificate EAB
• Oriented in technical documentation and drawings
• Familiarity with AJ/NJ advantageous
• Logical thinking, meticulousness, consistency, responsibility for results
• Reliability, team spirit, manual dexterity
