Job description: Role: Practice Partner - QRS Location: Mackay, QLD Employment Type: Full time, 6 months Fixed-term With 15,000 Goodstart teachers and educators across Australia, we are passionate about providing high–quality early learning experiences that set children up for success in life. As a Practice Partner – QRS, you will be part of our dedicated team working to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families. Key responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with centre leaders and teachers to ensure effective implementation of the QRS framework. • Provide coaching and mentoring support to centre teams to improve practice and achieve desired outcomes. • Collaborate with the QRS leadership team to develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement in centre performance. • Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and inform decision making. • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with centre leaders, teachers and families to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. • Provide support and guidance to centres to address any issues or concerns that may arise. • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up–to–date with best practice in early childhood education. • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and resources to support centre operations. Job requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an early childhood education setting. • Strong understanding of the QRS framework and its application in early childhood education settings. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem–solving skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
