Practice Nurse- South Auckland

We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join a family-oriented general practice serving the South Auckland community. This is a full-time role within a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values high-quality, patient-centred care. The position requires someone confident in managing day-to-day nursing responsibilities and delivering exceptional care with autonomy, while working collaboratively with clinicians and allied health professionals to improve health outcomes for a diverse patient population.

Our successful applicant will have:

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate from New Zealand Nursing Council
• Experience working in Primary Care
• Specialty knowledge and practice expertise in both an autonomous and collaborative setting
• A high degree of autonomy, with great assessment and time management skills
• Experience working with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds
