About the role Parkwood Green Medical Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team in Romsey, Victoria on a part-time basis. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting our medical practitioners and providing high-quality care to our patients. What you'll be doing Assisting doctors during consultations and procedures Conducting patient assessments, taking vital signs, and administering medications and immunisations Coordinating and managing patient records and test results Providing health education and support to patients and their families Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Developing and implementing individualised care plans Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
