Job Title: Practice Nurse - Maryborough Practice Information: This practice was established in November 2014 to provide the surrounding suburbs with an ultra modern dual medical facility by allowing patients appropriate access to both inner and outer health. They offer the latest technology in the early detection, treatment and on-going care of skin cancers and skin conditions. Position Description: An excellent opportunity to work and live in a rural Queensland community that is only a 10 minute drive from the coast. The practice has a strong focus on patient centred care and offers a comprehensive range of services including general practice, dermatology, and allied health. As a Practice Nurse, you will be working closely with the General Practitioners, Dermatologists, and Allied Health Professionals to provide high quality patient care. Key responsibilities include: • Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with the practice's policies and procedures. • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care. • Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best-practice nursing standards. • Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient consultations, treatments, and test results. • Contributing to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have: • A current registration as a Nurse Practitioner or Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). • A degree in Nursing or related field. • Current CPR certification. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to participate in professional development opportunities.
