About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at Mt Barker Medical Clinic. As a Practice Nurse, you will work closely with our doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. You will be responsible for a range of clinical and administrative tasks, including: * Triage patients and assess their needs. * Assist doctors with consultations and procedures. * Administer vaccinations and medications. * Perform wound care and dressings. * Manage chronic disease. * Provide patient education and support. * Maintain accurate patient records. * Ensure the clinic is compliant with relevant regulations and standards. About You * Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. * Experience in general practice is essential. * Strong clinical skills and knowledge. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. * Ability to use practice management software.
