Our client is on the hunt for a dedicated and passionate Practice Nurse to join a dynamic and supportive team at a GP clinic nestled in Papakura. Ditch the commute or commute against traffic! Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality care to achieve identified outcomes
• Deliver comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments
• Evaluate patient progress towards set goals
• Provide health education to your patients
• Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate & coordinate care
• Play a key role in building long-term patients relationships

What you need to be successful:

• NZ Registered Nurse with current APC
• Primary health or general practice exposure in New Zealand
• Ability to provide equitable healthcare outcomes to our diverse community
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
