What You’ll Do:
- Use your optics expertise to help patients find and fit the ideal lenses and frames for their needs and style
- Deliver friendly, solution-focused service that exceeds expectations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest eyewear trends, products, and accessories
- Manage daily tasks including patient bookings, billing, ordering, and collections
- Practice is small with only 1 optom and 2 other team members
- Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming practice environment
- Work alternate half-day Saturdays (no late nights!)
- Lead and motivate a team, fostering strong communication and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to enhance practice performance and bridge skill gaps.
- Deliver exceptional dispensing and fashion expertise, ensuring outstanding patient interactions.
- Stay informed on technological developments in lenses and contact lenses.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment, creating a seamless patient experience.
