- HSM will oversee general clinic operations, financial management including grants and support to aged care services
- This role carries responsibility for clinical governance, operational leadership, workforce development and compliance with relevant legislation and accreditation standards (including AGPAL)

- Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum five years’ nursing experience in remote comprehensive primary healthcare
- Previous experience as a Remote Area Nurse (RAN)
- Demonstrated health service management experience
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of Indigenous health and cultural safety
- Current driver’s license
