Practice Manager

Help us build a better way for business owners across New Zealand RightWay is an accounting and advisory firm that does things a bit differently. We work alongside business owners, not just at year end, helping them understand their numbers and make better decisions. We are growing and we are looking for a Practice Manager to make sure the engine room of the firm runs smoothly, so our accounting and bookkeeping teams in NZ and the Philippines can do their best work. This is a key role, working closely with the leadership team to drive business growth, develop and implement processes and procedures, manage and lead a high-performing team, and ensure we are delivering exceptional client service. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our NZ office, including managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
